I began my career in institutional finance at Bank of China (Hong Kong), then moved into the technology world at Tencent, and later into investment and private equity. Fourteen years across banking, technology and cross-border capital taught me the same lesson: great companies fail to reach capital markets not for lack of quality, but for lack of a credible path.
